Refund Conditions

Massgod does not guarantee to join your discord server any members or sales your any products under any circumstances for Mass DM. Massgod will only send the message you provided to the number of members you specify in your chosen server. These members are free to decide whether to purchase the service you promoted or join your Discord server. Therefore, we cannot guarantee this under any circumstances.

Discord Server Boost, Discord Member Boost, Discord Emoji Boost and Discord Nitro are instant delivery products and cannot be refunded.

Refund Procedures

Customers can request a refund for the service they purchased. However, refund requests must adhere to the following conditions:

• The service must not have been started by Massgod within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• The customer must create the order by following the instructions provided before the service starts in website.

Refund Processing Time

Refund requests are usually processed within 7 days. However, during busy periods or certain circumstances, this processing time may be extended. Customers should remain patient while their refund request is being processed.

Partial Refunds

If a portion of the service has been completed, the customer may request a partial refund. In this case, the partial refund will be determined based on the completed actions and the portion of the service that has been delivered.

Refunds Rejected

The following situations may lead to the rejection of refund requests:

• The service has been completed. Completed services are not eligible for a refund.
• The customer has not prevented the usage of the service or followed the necessary instructions.
• The customer used an account with no access to the payment method used for the purchase.

Right to Change

Massgod reserves the right to make changes to the refund policy as necessary. Customers will be informed about these changes and are responsible for complying with the updated policies.
